We represent taxpayers in every form of dispute at both the administrative and judicial level. Our attorneys, CPAs and enrolled agents all handle dozens of matters before the Internal Revenue Service, the California Franchise Tax Board, the California Employment Development Department, the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration and the California Office of Tax Appeals. In addition, our attorneys represent taxpayers in many pending cases before the United States Tax Court, the federal district courts, the federal circuit courts of appeal and the California Superior Court.

How we got here…

Steve was a partner for over 20 years in Kajan, Mather & Barish. After Elliott Kajan’s untimely death, Steve continued the practice that has now become Mather Law Corporation. David practiced for years with Tuttle & Taylor and then Loeb & Loeb. Steve and David have collaborated on cases for the past several years and have now formalized their relationship in Mather | Anderson.
